Ultimate Database is a flexible, robust and comprehensive content management system that is used to create everything from small websites to complex administration systems. Proceed is working with Ultimate Database, rebuilding the system from scratch, taking it to the next level. One part of the system is a file management tool allowing users to upload and manage all files. The tool controls user permissions, limiting them to certain folders and actions depending on their level.

Malcolm Gray Optometrists

Malcolm Gray Optometrists have been established for almost 40 years and after a major re-fit, decided it was time to update their website as well. They wanted their website to reflect the new look and represent their ethos of specialist, independent opticians with a focus on style. Proceed delivered this using a Wordpress site which provides plenty of information for new and existing patients, including order forms and a blog.

Patient recall and communications

One service offered by The Practice Buddy to its clients is a recall and communications email system which helps to keep practices in contact with patients throughout the year. Practices can easily send recall, targeted to specific audiences using data pulled from their practice management system. They can also send promotions and updates, linking to other material available through the Practice Buddy. The system offers a visual report, as well as downloadable data for the practices to interrogate.

Steve was a key member of The Practice Buddy Team for several years. Due to his coding and developer knowledge and experience, he enabled the various diverse and component platforms of our business to be managed and integrated into a coherent administrative interface. He also designed a complex system for auto-emailing thousands of patients completely individually, dependent on a variety of criteria at unique times throughout the year. He is also an expert on Wordpress site management and automation. I would highly recommend him as an exceptional developer with vision, excellent work ethic and for being a pleasure to work with.

Bob Murray CEO The Buddy Limited

Steve was a joy to work with when it came to redeveloping our website. He understood the brief very well and delivered against it both quickly and with the quality we wanted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve to you if you were looking for a quality internet presence.

Steve Wright Optometrist & Director at Malcolm Gray Optometrists

Steve created an excellent website for us. It’s very easy to navigate, it’s simply presented (yet looks stylish) and we have received very good feedback from our customers and clients that use the site. It has become a very good advert for our business. We found Steve very easy to work with. He was quick and efficient and his quotation to build and host the website was very reasonable.

MERF

Supporting local causes is important. Proceed supports MERF - ME Rebecca's Fight.

In 2008 when Rebecca was only 12 years old, she had a severe reaction to the HPV vaccine which resulted in her being totally bedbound. She deals with unimaginable muscle fatigue and pain amongst many other symptoms. There is a treatment which has the potential to significantly help Rebecca as well as a hospital which specialises in ME but the NHS either can not or will not fund either of them.
